Cumberland Place

Cumberland Place is a two-storey apartment in a Victorian slate building on Packhorse Court, right in the middle of Keswick. The whole property is yours alone. Downstairs there's a boot room for coats and gear, then a flight of steps leads to the main living space on the first floor: a generous room with high ceilings, a view onto the high street, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area where you can cook proper meals. Everything you need is here—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine.

Upstairs, two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and its own ensuite shower room. The second bedroom contains a double and a single bed, handy for families or groups of five. The bathroom has a bath with shower. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. There's parking for one large car or two small ones on site. No smoking throughout.

Keswick's shops, pubs and restaurants line the street outside. A walk through Hope Park takes you to Derwentwater within five minutes. One dog is welcome to stay.
