Denholm

Denholm is a four-bedroom stone terrace in Cumberland, a ten-minute walk from Keswick's centre. The house is yours alone, with space for eight guests across three floors. Ground level holds the living room (Smart TV, Netflix, DVD player, gas fire), dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is properly fitted: electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer, so you can cook as much or as little as you want. Wifi and heating are included.

Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a king bed and ensuite shower, one with two single beds and access to a bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower. The second floor has two more bedrooms, each with two single beds. Towels and bed linen come with the booking. There is an enclosed rear courtyard with some garden furniture, and on-road parking outside. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The stairs to the upper floors are steep, and the property is suited to families and walking groups rather than large mixed parties.

A pub sits within a mile. Keswick is a market town with shops, restaurants and fell access; the upstairs bedrooms have views towards the fells.
