Fourwinds

Step through the door of Fourwinds and you enter a single-storey layout designed for ease. Four bedrooms spread across the ground floor: one with a king bed and ensuite, one with a double and ensuite, and two rooms with single beds each. A family bathroom with bath and shower completes the arrangement. The living spaces flow naturally—a sitting room with woodburner and entertainment, then a kitchen and dining area with full cooking equipment including dishwasher and tumble dryer. Two travel cots and a highchair are on hand if needed.

Outside, a large enclosed lawn wraps around three sides of the property, with patio seating and a barbecue for evening gatherings. Parking for six cars sits on the grounds; bicycles can be stored in the dedicated shed. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are all covered. One dog is welcome. The house sits in a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of Keswick town centre and its shops, restaurants and launch point for Derwentwater cruises; Latrigg Fell is nearby for those wanting to walk. Smoking is not permitted inside.
