Greenstone is a detached bungalow with clean-lined interiors, built to contemporary standards. Set on the edge of Keswick with straightforward access from the A66, it sits far enough out to feel separate yet close enough to reach the town centre on foot. The property sleeps four across two bedrooms: a kingsize with an ensuite shower, and a twin room served by a family bathroom with bath and double shower.

The ground floor opens as one fluid space, with a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and all the usual utilities—flowing into a dining area and living room. Patio doors lead to the rear garden, which has fell views, patio seating and room for the children or a dog to move about. A 40-inch TV, CD and Bluetooth speaker are there if you want them.
