Old View Holidays - Old Byre Cottage

Old Byre Cottage is a converted barn on a quiet country lane in Cumberland, refurbished to include everything needed for a comfortable stay. The whole property is yours alone, sleeping up to six across three bedrooms: a kingsize master with ensuite bathroom, a second kingsize, and a third with two single beds that zip together. A second shower room serves the other bedrooms. Downstairs is one open-plan space combining living, dining and kitchen areas, with a utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included in your stay. There's private parking for two cars and an enclosed garden. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The cottage is on the edge of rolling countryside but only a short drive from Brampton and Longtown, where you'll find shops, cafés and pubs. Hadrian's Wall, the Lake District, the Solway Coast and the Scottish Borders are all within reach for day trips. No smoking inside.
