Poachers’ Cottage

Poachers' Cottage adjoins The Pheasant Inn in Keswick, so you're steps away from real ale and bar meals whenever you want them. The cottage itself is yours alone – two bedrooms (one double, one with two singles), a bathroom with bath and shower, and a ground-floor kitchen where you can cook properly with an electric oven and hob. The living room has a gas fire and a TV. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all covered.

You get private parking for one car on site, and there's an enclosed garden with a bench at the back. The walk up Latrigg or Skiddaw starts 400 yards away; Keswick town centre is a ten-minute stroll through the park. A café sits across the road. The cottage is non-smoking. It sleeps four and suits couples and small families looking for a base for walking or exploring the area.
