Parkfield suits families and small groups looking for a whole property to themselves in Keswick. The house has three bedrooms—two with king beds and one single—plus a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Downstairs there's a living room and a separate kitchen/dining space with gas fire, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. An enclosed lawned garden with seating area and a bike store are at the back; parking for three cars is on site.

One dog is welcome. The house stands a short walk from Keswick town centre, its shops and restaurants, though set back in a quieter part of town. This is solid base for fell walking; the immediate area has routes around Latrigg and Catbells, with Skiddaw, Walla Crag and Blencathra nearby. Note that there are four steps in the garden, and the internal balustrade has gaps between spindles wider than 10cm, so care should be taken with young children.
