The Birches

The Birches is a four-bedroom house in Cumberland sleeping up to eight people, with two bathrooms spread across three floors. Everything essential for self-catering is provided: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There's a utility room with a tumble dryer, and heating throughout. Two separate living areas give families flexibility—one on the ground floor with a 55-inch TV and DVD player, and another upstairs without a TV.

Ground floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room and separate toilet. The first floor contains a playroom with TV and games, two bedrooms (one kingsize, one with two singles), a bathroom with bath and cubicle shower, and a second separate toilet. The top floor offers another living space, two more bedrooms with the same bed configurations, and a shower room with toilet. A travel cot and highchair are available. Outside, an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture provides space for children or pets to play; one dog stays free. Private parking for four cars is on site, and there's a bike store. The property does not permit smoking. Those with mobility considerations should note there are two steps to the garden entrance and a low bannister railing inside.
