Rudge Farm's 22 acres put you within reach of Dorset's dramatic coastline and fossil-hunting opportunities, with local restaurants and food producers a short drive away. The cottage itself is ground-floor throughout, with three bedrooms (one double, two pairs of singles) and a bathroom, arranged around an open-plan living space that opens onto a patio. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking; the living area has a Smart TV and garden furniture outside for eating.
Essentials like heating, linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered. Parking is on-site, and you have access to shared facilities across the farm: a games room with pool table and table tennis, a utility room with washing machines, a tennis court, woodland and lawned areas, and free fishing in the on-site carp pond. The grounds include a stream and lake a hundred yards from the cottage. No smoking indoors.
Children under about 18 months are welcome; older children are not. Rudge Farm's owners live on the property and can offer local advice.
