The Jurassic Coast draws visitors for fossil hunts and dramatic cliffs, with the small seaside town of Charmouth just two miles away. Lyme Regis, familiar from recent film shoots, sits further along the shoreline with its traditional shops and harbour walk. Owl is a single-storey cottage on the edge of this landscape, built for four people who want both space and privacy—there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the whole property to yourselves.

Ground-floor living means no stairs. The main space flows from a sitting area with a multi-fuel burner through to dining and kitchen zones; the kitchen has everything needed for proper cooking. One bedroom has a double bed and shower room; the other has twin singles and a bath. Outside, an enclosed garden with patio and seating faces onto the grounds. An indoor heated swimming pool is on site and available for private use if booked in advance. One dog can stay at no extra cost. Essentials like heating, electricity, linen and towels are included, along with Wi-Fi.

Charmouth itself is quiet—a handful of shops and cafés rather than a busy resort. Bridport, a few miles inland, has larger stores and independent restaurants. The cottage suits couples travelling together, small families, or anyone wanting a coastal base without crowds.
