Pig in a Poke is a single-storey cottage on the ground floor, sleeping two in a king-size bed. The open-plan living space has vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning stove, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking rather than just heating up. A walk-in shower, smart TV, and Wi-Fi are standard. The air source heat pump and underfloor heating mean the place is genuinely warm year-round, and there's an initial supply of logs for the stove between October and April.

Outside is a south-facing enclosed courtyard with seating and garden furniture—the kind of space that actually gets used on decent days. One car can park on the property. The cottage is non-smoking. Dogs stay free, which is unusual enough to mention.
