The wider area spreads across the Kent countryside between Canterbury—a cathedral city with medieval walls and cobbled streets—and the coast. Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate lie within reach for beach days, while Deal, Whitstable and Dover offer different reasons to venture out, from golf courses to water parks and fishing.

The property is a single ground-floor space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a super king bed and ensuite; the other a king bed. The living area combines sitting room and dining space around a central kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. An electric car charging point and private parking for two cars sit outside; there is also a patio with garden furniture. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The property does not allow smoking.
