I 100% recommend Beaverbank Place! I had an amazing stay here. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The rooms are well-maintained, and everything you need is provided. The staff are outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. During our stay, we were cooking in the shared kitchen and accidentally created some smoke, which triggered the fire alarm. The staff responded immediately, checked that everyone was safe, and handled the situation calmly and professionally. Their quick response and kindness really impressed us. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. Great value for money, excellent facilities, and exceptional customer service. The bed and pillow are super uncomfortable, you can literally feel the spring of the bed. Bed is not suitable for two people so I would advise against anyone booking one room for two people. Lidi and Tesco are quite close, if you are doing some cooking, the kitchen has all you need.

Fairly food accommodation at the price. Service was really good. Had to move room thrice bec both had issues. So only suggestion would be to check beforehand. But the service was very friendly. And it was sorted. Bag drop free prior to check in and 5 pounds post check out. Close to cafes, bus stops, lidl, tesco.

Great value for money if you just looking for a basic place to crash. No luxury here, and the rooms and beds are definitely on the smaller side, but it’s totally worth the budget price. The location is fine too; it's a 25-minute walk to the center, and there are good bus connections.
