About Fraser Suites Edinburgh
Step outside Fraser Suites Edinburgh and the Royal Mile is right there, putting the castle, closes and old town pubs within easy walking distance, while Edinburgh Waverley station is close enough for a quick journey when it's time to explore further afield or head to Edinburgh Zoo on the other side of the city.
The 75 rooms here are suite-style and noticeably roomy, each with a comfortable bed and a kitchenette for guests who want to put together their own meals rather than eat out every night. A restaurant and bar on site cover more relaxed dining and drinks, and free WiFi, air conditioning and drinks in the room are all included. Free laundry facilities are a genuine convenience for longer stays, though it's worth knowing that some rooms have been reported as a little tired in their upkeep.
Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, and the hotel backs this up with a gym, lift access, luggage storage, porter and concierge services, and accessible rooms. Free on-site parking is available for those arriving by car, a rarity in this part of the city. With pubs, restaurants and entertainment all within reach nearby, the Royal Mile setting does most of the work.

What guests say
The location is just perfect! The staff is super nice. Ashley was very helpful at the front desk. At breakfast, Eltaib made every effort to attend our requests. Him and Ansu are extremely nice. The room is very comfortable and has L’Occitane products for the shower. We also enjoyed the free laundry service. We’ll definitely be back!

This hotel is in the heart of Edinburgh which conveniently locates you within walking distance to all the sites to see and restaurants in Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The European buffet style breakfast was good. Check in and out was easy and fast. Our room seemed smaller than the photos, our bed was comfortable, the room temperature was perfect for sleeping. One complaint is that the shower was broken and wouldn't change temperature.

We fell in love with this place the moment we arrived. Greeted with a smile and very happy to help, Dominic took care of us every step of the way. Some places just go that extra step to make sure everything you need is available for you. The rooms are quite spacious and well priced for the accommodations. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are quite clean. Location is very walkable to all the site's, restaurants & pubs. They’re welcome, dogs, even have laundry facilities. Don’t hesitate you’ll be very happy staying here Thanks again Dominic, we really appreciate your courtesy.
