We stayed for 5 days at this hotel and it was absolutely Amazing. Upon our Arrival, the exterior of the building and lobby felt very inviting. we were able to drop our bags and they kept them in a secure lock up that was well organized. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful The room and bathroom was very modern and clean. Breakfast included meats, cheeses, pastries, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee and juices. We would defiantly stay here again. If we were to provide any feedback offering free coffee for guests in lobby area would be nice and any stairs on floor levels change them to ramps for ease of rolling luggage. Thanks to the Motel One staff for making our stay a memorable one.

The positive things first: bathroom is new and very clean, bed is king size so quite big. Location is perfect within the city. A couple of negatives: Our room is on the 6th floor in another building, therefore we actually need 5min, with 2 different elevators to get to the lobby. The room has a small, very dirty window right across another wall, so minimal daylight. The blind is almost falling off. You can not really open it, because of that the air doesn’t really flow. We looked through several web pages and did not find any picture that equals the room. The floor makes a lot of noise which wakes the other person in the room up. Bathroom doesn’t have any vent so after showering the rooms is even more stuffy. The shower water flows very soft and not a lot of water - depends on the time of the day. There is air conditioning but not really good. All in all totally not worth the money. We paid over 220$ per night.

I really liked the location and the aesthetic of the hotel. The room is very comfortable, with a great bed and several pillows, carpeted floors, and a luggage rack. The bathroom is also good, but the shower made an annoying noise that we had to adjust, and sometimes the water temperature would fluctuate and get cold. The bath towels are quite small and thin. The room heating is excellent! Even though we didn’t get a room with a view, the view from our room was beautiful. There was also some confusion during check-in — the room was already ready, but it hadn’t been updated in the system. We ended up waiting for almost an hour, and no courtesy was offered, even after a 5-hour trip. There is no wardrobe in the room, and the curtains don’t fully block out the light. There is some noise from the street, and you can also hear wind passing through the corridor or around the room door, which can be a bit noisy at times. However, overall, the noise level is decent. I also missed having a small trash bin in the room. Overall, I liked it a lot and would come back, but they could improve the towels haha

Cockburn rooms were hard to reach and basically in another building. There are no ramps for luggage’s trying to reach that side of the hotel for luggage’s. It basically feels like you’re not even apart of the hotel anymore. Window faced a dark alley with dead pigeons in it. Absolutely not worth the price we paid. If booking the to avoid being placed in this area of the hotel. Truly feels like a scam. Staff and location are great though!
