Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location, and staff were excellent. My only issues were the EXTRA FIRM mattress on the bed. I'd wake up in the morning with a sore hip. Secondly, the modern bathroom looks fantastic; the shower is second to none. However the modern toilet has a very small bowl, that is low to the ground, with a flat front that leaves no room for your junk. Stop laughing, it's true. Seriously, I'm shocked that nobody else has mentioned this. Anyway, great location, great staff, great looking room with some functionality issues.

- The place is everything you could ask for, plus more - Fantastic location; our room overlooked Cockburn street which had a view of the stores - Overall, the entire building is well maintained -- clean, modern, etc. - Our room (the deluxe room) was huge, and because of touches like bed size, cleanliness, amenities, etc., it elevated the experience even further - Staff are fantastic - very kind, respectful, friendly, and accommodating - Location is suburb, just being 1 street away from the Royal Mile - Highly recommend!

We only stayed one night but really enjoyed it! We totally recommend and this is also due to the super friendly staff that helped us check in early, provided us with tips, etc. Thanks again!
