Always a pleasure staying here. Service is excellent, always friendly and welcoming. Rooms are nice with very comfy beds and tea and coffee tray. Bathrooms are great with decent showers. Bar/breakfast area is lovely with plenty of seats and decor is nice. Overall a great place to stay and location is very convenient for trams, trains or busses to the centre of Edinburgh, the airport and Leith.

Rooms are well maintained, decorated and spacious. There are no elevators so if you're on the 3rd floor (north American) take your time and pack light. There was no bell service to help with luggage but I'm sure if we waited we could have gotten help. The location is on the edge of town center and close to the Haymarket train station.

Really lovely hotel. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable. Very well presented when entering with all the necessities needed. We were only staying for the one night so we weren't too bothered but the shower in our room wasn't very good and the noise from outside on the streets was very loud but other than that we had a very lovely stay. There is no car park and when we arrived for check in all spaces out front that was pay and display was full we ended up having to park a couple streets over so be mindful and look at pricing we were more in parking costs than we were for all our activities for the 2 days 🙃. Over all a very nice stay would highly recommend for a small trip/couple days. Very close to town and the train station, tram and bus line are only 2 mins away.

Very nice hotel directly at Haymarket station and the surrounding restaurants. The room was nice and clean, well kept and came with a big shower. Depending on your situation it might be a little on the expensive side, however the whole of Edinburgh can feel predatory at times, and this place didn't. I would even recommend getting the breakfast as it was excellent and with the menu you have enough stuff to try out for the duration of your stay. Lastly the staff were very nice and helpful, which made stay all the more pleasant.
