About JOIVY Affordable Edinburgh - Adults only

Haddington Place sits just off Leith Walk, one of Edinburgh's long, busy streets linking the city centre with the docks at Leith, and it's here that JOIVY Affordable Edinburgh makes its home. The surrounding area is well connected, with pubs, restaurants and eateries close by, and the wider city's attractions within easy reach for anyone happy to walk or hop on transport.

This is an adults-only hotel geared towards straightforward, no-fuss stays. Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms and drinks, and the hotel offers free WiFi throughout. There's a 24 hour reception for flexible arrivals, luggage storage for early check-ins or late departures, a games room for downtime, and an on-site gym for anyone keen to keep up a routine while travelling.

Further afield, guests will find golf, fishing and watersports on offer nearby, alongside general entertainment options, making this a practical base for both city exploring and the odd day out beyond it.
