What guests say
I had a wonderful stay here for two nights and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. I also loved the lovely backyard and the charming shared kitchen and lounge area—they made the place feel warm and welcoming. Even before I arrived, and throughout my stay, Ollie & Ella were incredibly helpful. They responded quickly to all of my questions and were always friendly and attentive. Everything exceeded my expectations. If I ever visit Edinburgh again, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

My friend and I loved the guest house. The staff were incredibly communicative and checked in with us at multiple points during our stay. The small kitchen and accommodations were such a great touch for little conveniences during the stay (hello nespresso!) We would recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a quieter part of Edinburgh but equidistant to the Royal mile and Leith’s waterfront district. Plus, a conveniently located bus stop just around the corner. Could not have asked for a better stay.

A very late review, but now that I am going back to Edinburgh for the first time in two years, I remembered to bring this back. I sadly am going during a week that Ben Cruachan is all booked up, but this place deserves the best reviews. My mother and I stayed for 7 nights and we had the most wonderful stay. The beds are lush and well appointed, the staff is so nice and accommodating, and breakfast was phenomenal. Porridge with whisky should be on everyone's menu, in my opinion.

We had a great stay here! The rooms were beautiful and cozy, providing a comfy place to kick our feet up after a full day of walking around Edinburgh. The location also can’t be beat! Right outside the door are bus and tram lines to take you anywhere you need. Would absolutely love to stay here again - thanks, Ollie!
