The tickets are an annual pass, easy to use again throughout the year and the staff on the till are lovely help you chopse the best tockets for you. Carers pass is accepted with letters as documents. The park is quite large and flat, but I wouldn't wear open toe shoes as it's of gravel and dirt. The museum is well set out with a one way system and information is easy to find and easy to read. The animals appear well very cared for. We took my disabled child and the cafe staff amd front desk staff went above and beyond and couldn't help us enough. The park has different parts qnd is suitable for all ages. The little villages are really detailed and really well kept. There's alot of wildlife here also. We saw swallows and a hedgehog. The trains are interesting to learn about there too.

We much enjoyed seeing what remains of the Derwent Valley Light Railway. It was Sunday afternoon and we rode up and down the half mile of track several times, but not always in the same carriage. We enjoyed seeing the collection of tractors and the animals. The available tables for picnics were welcome. There is also a cafe and a shop.

Lovely place for children to play. We had to pay for a years membership. No other options available. And really not able to visit again. Very nice staff

Museum of farming with lots of farming equipment. Definitely a great place to visit with kids as there are two replica villages - a roman fort and and a viking village. Would suggest to visit on the weekend as during the midweek there can be school groups. Dog friendly place.
