We went for a day out with the kids and had a great time – the place was really fun and the kids absolutely loved it. What really stood out though was the staff, especially two members in particular, Ruby and Lacarra. They were brilliant. Their customer service went above and beyond, making the whole experience even better for us. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Because of the service we received, we will definitely be coming back again.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Gravity City Birmingham, and a huge part of that was thanks to Rimsha and her manager Anuj. From the moment we arrived, Rimsha greeted us with a warm smile and genuine kindness. She was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and that our visit was enjoyable from start to finish. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service truly stood out. Her manager Anuj was equally impressive,friendly, approachable, and clearly dedicated to ensuring every guest has a great experience. It was obvious that they lead by example and have built a team that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. It's rare to come across staff who go above and beyond with such enthusiasm and professionalism. They made our visit memorable, and because of them, we'll definitely be returning and recommending Gravity City Birmingham to friends and family. We had a great experience at Gravity Star City for my son’s birthday. A special thank you to Anuj, the Assistant Operations Manager, and Rimsha, who were both incredibly professional, friendly and helpful throughout. They supported us with checking in all the children, making the process smooth and stress-free. Their excellent customer service really helped the party get off to a great start.
