Excellent service, changed our room according to our group size/nature. Lenient rules to allow for a comfortable stress-free stay. Beautiful setting overall, with a games room and a broad set of activities for both kids and adults. Rooms were amazing for the price, many free features including breakfast, especially ones that you wouldn’t find in a large chain. My group of 4 really enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend you to choose them if on a low budget.

Walked the West Highland Way and this was a lovely hotel to stop at after. The people were really nice, the bar and breakfast area was great, they had alternative milks for breakfast. We loved the decor, and thought the location was great for exploring Fort William. Thanks for letting us stay :)

For the price I’d expect something more. The rooms are old and musty dusty. Needs some refurbishing… 3 out of 4 lamps dont work… Shower needs some cleaning, the duvet covered is very pilled so not very comfy. Also the main street facing rooms can get quite noisy even at midnight. However, the location is fantastic and staff is very friendly.

Best location, friendly staff. They provide cutlery so that you can enjoy you takeaway in you room. Microwave and fridge is also available. Easy checkout, just drop the keys on table near checkout if you are leaving early.
