Visited with my daughter yesterday and I would like to commend a staff member named Nathan. We were followed around the establishment by a member of the public who was acting suspiciously and made us very nervous and uncomfortable. Nathan had noticed said individual and his behavior and acted promptly in having him removed from the premises and notifying management. Nathan approached us and made us feel safe untill this person had left, along with what appeared to be a female accomplice. A huge thankyou to Nathan for his quick reaction and bravery. It was very clear the man was upto no good and continued his odd behaviour even after he was asked to leave us alone. Other than this, we had a lovely afternoon, played bowls, great food and spent time in arcade. All staff were polite and helpful and we will definitely visit the Preston branch again. Nathan is a credit to the company and hope he is acknowledged and appreciated.

We had a good time here. We bowled a few games and just hung out for a good time. You can bowl in your own closed toe shoes - we hate this - bowling shoes should be required. But a good time overall and we had fun. I don’t love that lanes aren’t regulation and the pins are hanging from strings 🫤😐. But we still had fun and made the best of it. Would go again - skip levels and go here.

Been here many times before, love it. (Way better than "Level" thats down the road, in my opinion.) Bowing alley is clean and the staff are lovely, from my experiences. I will definitely go again, and again. Decent pricing.

What an AMAZING time we had here! We came a few weeks ago and honestly it was amazing. We did the stuff in the arcades bit first, then had lunch which again was amazing, my chicken burger was really tasty and it had plenty of mayonnaise on it and the fries it came with were again AMAZING and the food and atmosphere was fantastic and the staff were really welcoming with serving us drinks straight away as soon as we got to the cafe/restaurant bit which was another bonus. We had an amazing experience and the bowling was really good and in a secure place which felt so safe and welcoming!! Thank you for amazing customer service, we will definitely be back! 🙂
