Come on guys, seriously? There's got to be at least one graphic designer in town or a photo you could use instead of these terrible looking AI-generated image to use on one of your windows/walls. It's a shame so many businesses don't understand why it's gross to use AI to produce signage, and the bad implications it has for the business itself. I'm sure the venue itself is perfectly average, but having Ai-generated pictures taking up a whole wall is just another level of lazy in many ways.

No air con. Stuffy on a warm day even when pretty quiet in there. Otherwise staff helpful and friendly, had a good time. Parking is free and plentiful.

I visited Tenpin Swansea this evening with my family, I’ve been here several other times where i’ve had similar experiences to today but today was the stick that broke the camels back. The entire place was filthy. Rubbish scattered everywhere, sticky floors, and tables piled high with leftover food and dirty glasses that no one had bothered to clear. It was obvious that cleaning just isn’t a priority here. There’s no excuse for this as I witnessed staff chattering time and time again. The bar staff were shockingly rude and dismissive, when they weren’t too busy chatting amongst themselves to bother serving customers. It felt like they genuinely didn’t care whether anyone was having a good experience or not. The only saving grace was the food. It came out quickly, and the waitress who brought it over was sweet, polite, had time for us and most importantly clearly trying her best. Sadly, the rest of the staff could learn a lot from her, because the service elsewhere was atrocious. At least smile for crying out loud! A disgusting, poorly run venue that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Spend your money somewhere that actually values cleanliness and customer service. I’m upset with myself that I didn’t take photos because it’s unbelievable how a business that’s operating this way is still open. appalling.

Really good experience! Recently upgraded the deco and with new machines. Really good fast service at 12pm and not to busy during mid week. Add a picture to the scoreboard, easy score card automatically updates.
