Hopton-on-Sea is a quiet village on the Norfolk coast with the beach within walking distance. Honeysuckle Cottage sits here as a converted 19th-century farmhouse, refurbished to sleep four across two double bedrooms and one bathroom. The whole place is yours alone, with on-site parking for one car.
Downstairs, the living room has a smart TV, PlayStation 3, and an electric wood burner for cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, microwave, slow cooker, dishwasher and washer-dryer in the utility room. Upstairs, both bedrooms are doubles, with the first one having an ensuite toilet. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; there's also a welcome pack for humans and extras for dogs.
The enclosed rear garden is the main draw—a private space with sitting areas, garden furniture and a barbecue, where dogs can roam freely. Two ponds are set into the grounds, connected by a bridge; note these are unfenced. The village has a small shop, two pubs serving food, fish and chip shop, and Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. The cottage does not permit smoking.
