Sea Breeze is a converted cafe in Great Yarmouth, a short walk from the seafront. The whole property is yours alone: downstairs has a living and dining area with a sofa bed, and a kitchen with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with two singles—and a bathroom with a bath and shower. The place sleeps five and comes with bed linen, electricity, central heating, a cot and highchair if needed.

Parking is on site for two cars. There's a small enclosed garden at the back. The property is no-smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants are a quarter-mile away, and the nearest beach at Gorleston is walkable. Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft both have attractions ranging from restaurants to theme parks and gardens; Norwich's cathedral and museums are a drive inland, and the Broads are nearby for slower-paced days out.

What a lovely little cafe! The staff are so friendly and accommodating (my sister is fussy 😂). The food was delicious, meat and eggs are sourced locally. I had a cheese toastie which was lovely, and the rest of the groups food looked banging, esp the fry-ups!

Had a vegetarian breakfast here this morning, pot of tea which gave me 2 cups and a meat sausage for my doggy Misty. Absolutely spot on and never seen a place that does vegetarian bacon so that was absolutely fantastic, well done. The service from start to finish was phenomenal and I felt very welcomed by this super family run doggy friendly cafe, so much I left a small tip, trust me I never ever tip. I'm back in September so Misty and I will be back to explore the rest of your vegetarian menu and meet you all again. Yes we got back safely and thanks for asking as this just adds to the fantastic customer service. Only recommendation I would advise is to offer doggies water, especially in the heatwave, luckily I always carry water with me for Misty.

One of the best English breakfasts I’ve ever had: the large (not the mega) was really well judged in its portions, and all very tasty. Quality sausage and bacon and tasty black pudding. My wife’s bap was excellent with a lovely bun complementing the meat. The decor is charming and cosy and the service is very friendly and warm, which perhaps encourages some nice chat between customers who don’t know each other. All creating a first-class breakfast experience.

Lovely cosy little cafe with great service and a good selection of food and drink, also dog friendly. Pay them a visit it'll be worth it, cash is king.
