Hopton-on-Sea sits on the Norfolk and Suffolk border, a quieter coastal base than the busier resorts nearby. Granary Cottage is a short walk from the beach and within easy reach of local shops, pubs and restaurants. The Norfolk Broads lie inland for boat trips and riverside walks, while Great Yarmouth itself is four miles away, and Norwich city centre roughly twenty miles north.
The cottage sleeps four across two bedrooms – one with a super kingsize bed and one with a zip-and-link arrangement that converts to two singles. Downstairs, the living and dining room has a woodburner and Freeview TV, opening into a conservatory that leads to the patio. The kitchen is properly equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, so self-catering is straightforward. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet upstairs. Initial logs for the woodburner are provided, along with bed linen, towels and wifi. You have off-road parking for two cars and the whole place to yourself.
One well-behaved dog stays free. The property is non-smoking, and check-in is after 15:00 with checkout at 10:00.
