Bala is one of North Wales's quieter bases, sitting on the shore of Llyn Tegid and surrounded by walking and cycling country. Apartment One occupies the first floor of a property in the town centre, reached by 13 steps, with everything you need spread across one level: three bedrooms (two doubles and a single), a shower room, an open-plan kitchen and dining space, and a living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two more. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer, so you can cook properly and manage laundry. Smart TVs are in both the living room and kitchen. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are all included.

A pub is within a mile's walk. The apartment has access to a shared back garden with seating, and there is on-road parking outside. The location puts you within reach of Llyn Tegid itself for water sports, the Bala Lake Railway for a gentler outing, and the walking and mountain-biking trails that radiate out from the town. Snowdonia is close enough for a day's hiking. No smoking inside the property.
