Perched in an elevated meadow with sweeping views towards Porth Neigwl (Hell's Mouth), this tiny family-run farm between Mynytho and Abersoch offers bell-tent glamping on the Llŷn Peninsula. The famed four-mile surf beach is just 10 minutes' drive, while walkers can strike out across scenery steeped in Welsh heritage and culture – or kayak out to the Saint Tudwal's Islands off the coast.
Mornings start with a stroll down to Giát y Fferm, the farm-gate stall and takeaway selling locally roasted coffee, breakfast baps, free-range eggs, and essentials like milk and cheese (available 24/7). Come evening, grab burgers or corn on the cob before settling in for a firepit under starry skies or the distant twinkle of farmstead lights. The friendly Welsh-speaking family are always on hand to help – though Curly, the matriarch of their traditional Hereford herd, may occasionally interrupt to request carrots.
Abersoch's twin sandy beaches, boutiques, sailing school and watersports are a 40-minute walk away, making this a peaceful base for exploring one of Wales's most beautiful corners.

Great stay at a nice B&B in a great location. Plenty of parking (during Spring time) right out front. Less than 1 minute away by foot to a nice hike and 20 min by car to an amazing hike (Glyder Fawr and Fach). Included complimentary breakfast service which was very nice and welcome in addition to having the option of a packed sack lunch for £12. Extremely walkable. Very lovely location with nice views and a relaxing area. Room was nice with a great view and bed was very comfortable and bath was renovated nicely. Would stay again!

Stayed here for a night whilst on a short motorbike tour of North Wales recently. The room we stayed in was a family room, which cost £120 for the night, it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The service provided was excellent, with a lovely full Welsh breakfast included and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We chose this B&B because of the location (central to the village amenities and convenient for going out for an evening meal and drinks) and also, because they have a garage for secure overnight parking for the bikes. I would highly recommend Coed-y-Fron as a great place to stay when in the area and we will definitely stay there again in the future.

Beautiful location in Betws-y-coed, close toe shops and restaurants as well as nature trails. Room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was nice. Would definitely stay here again!

A lovely b+b located just off the main road. Our room, room 4 was spacious and very clean, our only negative was that it smelled a bit musty when we arrived, opening the window for half an hour helped. A good sleep as the room was very quiet, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely.
