Minffordd sits on the Porthmadog estuary, where Snowdonia meets the coast. Bron Madog stands on a hillside above the village, reached by a rough track that leads to private parking for three cars. The cottage itself is a substantial property with eight guests in mind: three bedrooms spread across two floors, two bathrooms plus two separate toilets, and enough living space to avoid the usual holiday crush.
Downstairs, a kitchen/dining room handles meal preparation with electric oven, hob, dishwasher and all the usual equipment. Two living areas give you choice—one with a woodburner for winter evenings, the other with Freeview Smart TV. Upstairs, the first bedroom has a zip-and-link super king (convertible to twins) with its own shower room; the second bedroom offers another zip-and-link super king, also convertible; the third has both twin beds and a bunk bed for children. A utility room with washing machine sits on the ground floor. Wifi, heating, bed linen, towels and parking are all included. One dog stays free; there's a bike store for exploring the area, and an electric car charging point if needed.
The garden wraps around the cottage with a patio, furniture, and a large Juliet balcony from the dining room. You're positioned to reach Porthmadog's waterfront within minutes, or head inland toward Snowdonia's walking routes. No smoking inside the property.
