Porthmadog sits on the Glaslyn Estuary where mountains rise inland and the Welsh coast stretches north. Estuary View occupies a wharfside position within a terrace development, with a private balcony and sun deck overlooking water and landscape. The arrangement spreads across two floors, with bedrooms on both levels and the main living spaces upstairs—a layout that maximizes the views. A double bedroom and bunk room occupy the ground floor alongside a shower room; the first floor holds two further bedrooms (one with single beds, one with a single), a bathroom with bath and shower, and an open-plan kitchen and living area with French doors onto the balcony. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher, washer-dryer and full-size cooker. Electricity, bed linen and wifi are covered in the rental.

The property sleeps six and comes with parking for two cars on site. Porthmadog's pubs, restaurants and independent shops are within walking distance. The Ffestiniog Railway operates nearby; Portmeirion, the Italianate village and Prisoner TV location, lies a mile away; and Snowdonia's peaks and numerous attractions—including Zip World and Bounce Below—are accessible for a day out. Beaches lie within a couple of miles. The property is non-smoking.
