A two-bedroom cottage positioned at the southern tip of Bala Lake, where the water stretches out below a decked sitting area. The property sleeps three and includes two bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle and one with a bath. One dog is welcome at no extra cost. You have the entire place to yourself, with private parking for two cars and a bike store on site.

Downstairs holds a living room with a 40-inch TV, a separate lounge without television, and a kitchen/dining space equipped for cooking and washing. The first floor contains two bedrooms—a double and a single, both with TVs—plus the bathroom. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. The courtyard garden with decked area and furniture is the focal point, though note that the railings are horizontal and the stairs are open, steep and narrow in places. The property is not suitable for smoking.

Bala town centre, with its pubs, restaurants and shops, is within easy reach. A narrow-gauge steam railway runs along the lake shore to Llanuwchllyn, and fishing licences for the lake itself are available locally. The Snowdonia National Park setting puts mountain routes and Barmouth beach within reach for day trips.
