About Old Forest Farm Getaway
Forest meets farm at this peaceful Powys glamping retreat, where a well-equipped caravan looks straight out to stunning Black Mountains and Wye Valley views. The caravan itself earns high marks for comfort—think cosy sofas, a dining table, a kitchen with all the kit you need, and a bathroom with a proper spacious shower. Big windows frame those spectacular surrounds indoors, but you'll likely spend most evenings out on the deck, building flames in the firepit with the wood provided or simply nursing a brew at the table (your welcome pack covers tea, coffee, milk and yes, Welshcakes).
It's a genuinely peaceful spot, just five minutes' drive from Hay-on-Wye, with the Brecon Beacons National Park and Wye Valley both close by for active days out. Whether you fancy canoeing, cycling or walking, or simply sitting still and staring at your surroundings, this little farm getaway delivers.
