Look wise and aesthetic wise it was beautiful, screen and sound were great too, strong and loud. but the seats are a bit too uncomfortable and I don’t understand why one employee kept coming in in the middle of the film with binoculars and a bright light. That was very distracting. Also it seems like some employees don’t care cause downstairs there were some weird people that I’m sure didn’t pay for a ticket so how could they pass the entrance ? And the waiting area upstairs is really bad. Not a single sofa to sit and wait for the movie ?

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The volume in the auditorium was dangerously loud from the moment the adverts started. It was so loud that it made me jump and I had to immediately leave the screen to ask staff to turn it down because it was physically hurting my ears. Although the volume was lowered slightly after I complained, it was still far too loud throughout the entire film. I had to reach into my bag for my specialist earplugs and even then the sound was still painfully piercing. My daughter was so uncomfortable that she had to sit with her fingers in her ears for parts of the film. Cinema sound enhance the experience, not cause physical discomfort or risk damage to people’s hearing. This level of volume is completely unreasonable. Management seriously needs to review and properly monitor sound levels, because this was not just unpleasant...it felt unsafe. This was unacceptable and potentially damaging to customers’ hearing.

This cinema just attracts people who talk all throughout the movies you intend to watch. Screens are small and the quality of them isn’t great. Someone left a review stating reclining seats? Yeah there aren’t any. Overall the experience just isn’t great

Good cinema. Comfortable seats. Enough space to get comfortable. Good snacks and drinks options. Toilets are clean and tidy. Very good idea with crane /claw machines. Sofas to seat outside. Love to have Baskin and Robbins there. There are 12 screens. Me, my daughter and my friends really enjoyed the time.
