A lovely spot to unwind with a peaceful walk along the beach. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can even treat yourself to a relaxing sand bath! 🤗🏖️

A lovely little beach situated to the east of the island, just down the road from Sandown. A couple of small paybyphone carparks along the front. The Shanklin shuttle (bus service) runs along the sea front stops every half hour connecting the town centre to the beach, also stopping at Shanklin chine & the Old village. Theres a lovely big arcade here, crazy golf and other outside activities for youngsters and places to eat and drink. The public toikets here are clean with plenry of cubicles. There are several benches located up the little strip, so great for the maturer people too. I quite like this little beauty spot 😉

Shanklin beach is lovely and sandy. When the tide is out the sand is great for sandcastles. There are beautiful views of the cliffs and the sea is great to paddle in. Beach is clean no rubbish and the only stones are the big ones near the start of the beach.
