Sunny Beach Apartment sits on the seafront esplanade opposite Shanklin Beach, a position that dominates the experience of staying here. The entire property occupies the second floor, with two sets of French doors opening onto separate balconies—the main draw being unobstructed views across the sand and sea. Open-plan living and dining space keeps sightlines clear, so the beach becomes almost part of your accommodation. It's the sort of location where you wake, step outside with coffee, and the morning is already made.
Two bedrooms sleep 4: a double and two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. A fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher, so self-catering is straightforward. A 32-inch Freeview television, DVD player and outdoor furniture on the balconies cover most evenings. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, and private parking for one car is on site. The apartment does not permit smoking.
Shanklin town centre lies a short walk away, with pubs, restaurants and shops. Shanklin Chine—a wooded gorge with waterfalls—is nearby, and Sandown Zoo and Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf appeal to families with children. A cot and highchair are available on request.

Had a lovely week in apartment 4 Sunny Beach (May 16-23) There have been a few changes since we were there last, all good. It is a spacious well equipped first floor apartment with balcony overlooking the beach, the perfect spot to sit and relax watch the world go by. Having it's own parking space is a bonus. Would definitely recommend it .

Stunning apartment, first class position right opposite the beach with a beautiful balcony and lovely places to eat - totally recommend the Waterfront Inn, literally a few feet away from the apartment. Take the lift (directly behind) and then walk through Shanklin chine and to the lovely old village. Sandown airfield is a lovely relaxing place to visit, watching the light aircraft with a great cafe. This is such a good base to explore the Isle of Wight and visit other towns such as Ventnor, Seaview, Ryde, The Needles. We always find something new to do each time we visit and have been staying at Sunny Beach for 14 years - owners are brilliant and a nice bottle of Prosecco welcomed us

An amazing apartment in a picture perfect place! The apartment is a stones throw from the beach with pubs, cafes, arcades and ice cream all in walking distance. It's a perfect holiday home for everyone. Shanklin cliff lift is directly behind and offers a return ride up the hill. Clean, comfortable (we didn't want to leave!) and fully equipped with everything you need sunny beach is a home from home. With wonderful and accommodating hosts what more could you need?! We will definitely be returning and would 100% recommend Sunny beach to anyone thinking of an Island holiday.

I have stayed in these apartments several times now. They are in the perfect location right on the front of Shanklin! Just 5 minutes from the arcades in one direction and the steamer in the other or the fisherman’s cottage further along! The views from these apartments are amazing! Karen, Tracey and Alison are the best and are happy to help anytime and will try and accommodate any needs you may have! The apartments are plenty big enough for a family of 4 and being so close to the beach and all the amenities it’s perfect to keep the children occupied! I would recommend these apartments to anyone!
