Very friendly welcome on arrival with a welcome pack ready waiting for us. Pitches are very well sized and the campsite is quiet and peaceful. Hedges separate the rows of pitches which gives good privacy. Shower, toilet and washing up facilities were clean and well maintained. There are also swings, table tennis and badminton nets. Very close to Shanklin as well as local shops etc… Had a brilliant stay here and will definitely be back in the future - a great campsite!

Lovely, well organised campsite with spacious pitches. Plenty of room for a family of four plus a dog. We were welcomed and shown to the pitch, with a very clear introduction and advice on pitching with the most comfort and privacy. Carol and Mark were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

My adult son booked the Willowbrook for a three night stay for the two of us and every aspect was simply OUTSTANDING. The pitches are nice and large with immaculately mown lawns and trimmed mature privacy hedging. The toilet and shower block is pristine and was kept that way at all times day and night for our stay. It is a beautifully peaceful and relaxing location away from roads and buildings and a great place to sit back and relax. I was particularly impressed at the effort made to ensure maximum space between pitches to allow as much privacy as possible. Unfortunately we had an issue with our car which required a recovery however this was when the OUTSTANDING level of service truly came in. All the usual stressors of having to be off a pitch by a certain time or date were effortlessly ushered away and we were offered every aspect of support and assistance we needed. Everyone looked after us at the site but I would like to make special mention of Carol and Mark who were the perfect hosts who really enhanced our experience both before our arrival and during our stay. OUTSTANDING site, OUTSTANDING location, OUTSTANDING level of cleanliness and maintenance and most of all, OUTSTANDING people. Thank you Carol, Mark and all of the team for an excellent job well done.

Couldn’t have asked for a better campsite! Owners were lovely and so helpful, the site was immaculate with clean facilities. Stayed with my partner and dog - this place is very dog friendly! Can’t wait until we can return :)
