The property sits on a single level with a king bed in one room and a double in the other, plus a bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine; the living room has Freeview Smart TV. Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered, and there is parking for two cars.

The back garden opens onto a patio with furniture. One dog is welcome. The location puts you within walking or driving distance of Shanklin's seafront and its mix of Victorian charm and family attractions. Blackgang Chine Amusement Park, Robin Hill Country Park, Tapnell Farm and The Needles Pleasure Park are all on the island. Carisbrooke Castle and the various boat trips around The Needles offer other reasons to explore beyond the immediate area. The bungalow does not allow smoking.
