Aqua Osbourne is a one-bedroom flat on the second floor with an open-plan interior that flows from kitchen through dining and living spaces into a bedroom and shower room. The kitchen is properly equipped—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer—so cooking a meal is straightforward. The living area has a Freeview Smart TV and looks out over the water. The bedroom contains a double bed (4ft 6in) with storage, and the shower room has a cubicle shower and toilet. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided.

The flat sits right by the coast on the Isle of Wight, close enough to the beach for a quick walk to the sand. A pub is within a mile. The promenade nearby has traditional seaside attractions, cafés and restaurants focused on local seafood, and independent shops. Coastal paths lead in both directions—one way towards Luccombe Cliffs and the white chalk of Culver Cliffs, the other towards coves and dramatic viewpoints.
