The ground floor opens into a living and dining space with a wood-burner and French doors leading to an enclosed courtyard garden. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, washing machine and microwave, so cooking for the group is straightforward. There's a separate toilet on this level. Upstairs, three bedrooms—one with a king bed, one double, one single—share a bathroom with a bath and separate toilet. The property is yours alone, with parking for one car on site and wi-fi throughout. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; dogs stay free.

The enclosed garden is good for sitting out, and the house works for families, groups of friends, or couples. No smoking inside.
