Woodland View comes fully equipped for self-catering: the kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, so you can cook as much or as little as you like. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The house sleeps six across three bedrooms—a double and ensuite on the top floor, another double on the first floor, and two singles with a separate bathroom also on the first floor. Downstairs is the living and dining room with a smart TV.

The property sits at the end of a terrace within the grounds of a converted manor, with an enclosed garden, garden furniture and barbecue. There is parking for one car on site. Old Shanklin village—known for its thatched pubs, restaurants and independent shops—is a ten-minute walk away, and the beach another five minutes beyond that. A pond lies 150 yards from the house, as does a children's play area and a church. The surrounding area is good for coastal walks, cycling, golf and fishing. Smoking is not permitted.
