I’ve been going to Brindisa at Borough Market for years. From my very first visit, the service has been nothing short of amazing!!!! I really want to give a massive shoutout and a huge thank you to Norberto, who has been looking after me for at least 3 years now, whether it’s for my birthdays or just casual catch-ups with friends! He honestly treats me like family haha, he is always so incredibly sweet and attentive!!! Today I also met Marcos for the first time, and his service was simply IMPECCABLE! Literally left me speechless!!! Even though the restaurant was completely packed and super busy today, we still felt so special and well taken care of. From the moment you walk through the door, the hospitality is flawless!!! The vibe is amazing (the kind of place you just want to sit and stay at for hours), and the food is always 10/10!!!! I’ve posted about you guys so many times on my pages and have received hundreds of comments from my followers who went and absolutely loved it!!! Anyway! A huge thank you to the Brindisa family, and especially to Norberto and Marcos for being so incredibly flawless and making my day so much better!!!

On a sticky hot 30° London day, going for some Spanish Tapas seemed like a good way to spend a Monday evening, and Brindisa at London Bridge, near Borough Market did not disappoint. Service: excellent Food: Delicious Location: great for people watching as the world wandered by Would highly recommend the Pork Cheeks, chicken, chorizo, and potatoes with egg and ham. All washed down with a jug of Sangria. Friendly and prompt service. Well worth a visit

The guy at front of house has great energy, really welcoming and friendly, short wait for the table to guided us to the bar, nice guy. Food overall and as a 4.5 star. Food was all good, 1 real stand out wow factor dish, the prawns. The ham that’s sliced at the bar is great. Despite being mega busy, the service was great and food was cleverly cooked fresh as was piping hot, really impressed. Expensive but expected pricing considering location. £120 and we didn’t have any booze. Location is great, short walk from London Bridge. Outside seating was prime people watching spot, on a busy Friday evening. Again, special mention to the front door of house, what a guy!

After strolling through Borough Market it was nice to relax and enjoy a Tortilla Espanola at Tapas Brindisa. The customer service was exceptional and my toasted Torilla Espanola was delicious! Excellent service and delicious food makes me a repeat customer. I look forward to returning on my next visit to London!
