Padella – London (near Borough Market) A pasta queue worth joining Marinated peppers with green pea – sweet, melts in the mouth. Burrata with salt, pepper, olive oil – fresh milky flavour. Sourdough with olive oil – not hot enough, but the middle is soft. However the bread is not provided freely. Pappardelle beef ragu – fresh pasta, sauce quite salty but tasty; brisket very soft and juicy. The salt builds as you eat. Tiramisu – a solid finish.traditional version Booking recommended otherwise always a long queue Recommended: marinated red peppers

We had the BEST time here!! We shared all our plates and other than the tagliarini with Dorset crab, chilli, & lemon needing a little more taste, the affogato was perfect and the Beef fillet carpaccio was HEAVEN. Definitely keeping this on our list when we come back. The service was fast and the waiters were attentive and fun. Come here if you’re looking for authentic Italian food.

It’s a Michelin Bib Gourmand pasta spot just by Borough Market, and the location is really convenient. They use a virtual queue system, so you can scan the QR code and wander around the market while you wait. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was great. I’m usually not a big fan of Italian food, but the pasta here was genuinely outstanding, especially for the price. We also had tiramisu for dessert - not the best I’ve ever had, but still very tasty after such a great pasta meal. It’s also a good place to eat with friends as you can party together or separately.

This is the absolute best Italian dish I've ever had - freshness, seasoning, presentation, all 100 out of 100. The vibe of the restaurant is amazing, the layout is simply cool - part diner, part sushi bar, part speakeasy. The staff is incredible and very proud of what is being accomplished here.

They also mention the reasonable prices and the lively atmosphere, particularly when seated at the bar watching the chefs. Visitors appreciate the friendly, attentive staff and the convenient virtual queue system, which allows them to explore the market while waiting.
