What diners say
A very refined and memorable dining experience at Solip. The dishes felt elegant and well balanced without trying too hard, and the sauces were especially impressive. What stood out most was the way Korean ingredients and flavours were thoughtfully incorporated into the menu with such technique and refinement. It felt creative, confident, and very well executed. The wine pairing was also excellent — more unique and thoughtful than many other Michelin-starred restaurants I’ve visited. It complemented the food beautifully and elevated the overall experience. Warm service, calm atmosphere, and sincere thanks to the chefs and servers for their hard work and hospitality. A restaurant I would happily return to.

Went for my birthday and really enjoyed this meal. The dishes here were lovely from start to finish, some of my favourites were the beef tartare (first time having this as I was apprehensive about eating raw beef), gamtae, naengchae, duck and the deodeok. I was so excited to see deodeok on the menu having been curious about it through shows but I would have never imagined it used in a dessert. Also I’m not usually a panacotta fan but I actually enjoyed their panacotta, both the flavour and texture. The ssook madeleine was also lovely! Staff were friendly. However if I had to nitpick, I wished there was bit more lighting for photos. I’m very grateful as this is the 2nd Michelin restarauant I’ve visited for my birthday this year but I can’t help but to compare and one of these things is the birthday card, the other restaurant emailed me beforehand to find out the birthday guest’s name and I think this just elevates/completes this idea, though I realise this is a nice gesture from the restaurant.

I had such a wonderful experience at Sollip and just had to share it. I brought my best friend there for her birthday lunch. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so thoughtful and the service was truly first class. What really made the day unforgettable was the extra effort from the team - a card signed by everyone and a cake, which was such a lovely surprise! The food itself was outstanding with unique flavours, but my absolute favourite was the gamtae from the lunch course. Thank you to the whole team for making it such a memorable experience! I will definitely recommend to others and will be back!
