About The Princes Square Hotel
The garden squares of Bayswater sit within easy reach of Paddington station and the wide green space of Hyde Park, making this pocket of west London a practical base for exploring the capital. The Princes Square Hotel occupies one of these Victorian squares at 23-25 Princes Square, offering 50 rooms behind its period façade.
Rooms have been refurbished and kept clean, though some are on the compact side, and those on the lower ground floor are not served by a lift, worth bearing in mind for anyone with luggage or mobility needs. Breakfast is a highlight, with a full English cooked to order alongside a buffet spread. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel provides free WiFi, luggage storage and concierge services for guests who need help planning their stay.
Beyond the front door there is plenty nearby, from pubs and restaurants to other eateries and entertainment options, making it easy to fill an evening without travelling far. With Paddington and Hyde Park both within reach, it suits visitors who want a straightforward, well-located stopping point for seeing London.

What guests say
Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. A parcel sent to us was successfully delivered to the hotel reception. The courier company confirmed the delivery with GPS tracking and a delivery photo clearly showing the parcel at the front desk. Despite this, the hotel repeatedly told us they could not find it, and we had to insist for several days for them to investigate. The parcel was eventually returned to us, but it had been opened. Our personal mail had been tampered with without our knowledge or permission, which is completely unacceptable. Although all the clothing was inside, we have no way of knowing whether the items were handled or used while the parcel was missing. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of involvement from hotel management. Despite the seriousness of the situation, the manager never spoke to us or came to address the issue. All communication was through a receptionist, and we never received a proper explanation or an apology. If you are planning to stay at this hotel and expect to receive parcels or important deliveries, I strongly recommend being extremely cautious. Based on our experience, I cannot trust the way guests’ belongings and deliveries are handled.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location is great, with bus and metro stations just a short walk away. Location is a quiet and safe neighborhood. We would definitely love to stay here again. Special thanks to all reception team and Nara 🩷🩷

We visited London for just two nights for a theatre trip. This hotel is in a good location with Bayswater station and Queensway station in easy walking distances. We received a friendly welcome and all the time we were there the staff were helpful, polite and efficient. The room although not on the large size was adequate and warm, very clean and functional. The bathroom small and compact but again met our needs. We were pleasantly surprised to find the buffet breakfast actually included full English and other options. The only disappointment was that there were no marmalade pots in the jam collection. Paddington would not have been happy and neither was my wife. All in all we would stay here again on a visit and would recommend it. P.s. they could do with a more secure left luggage room than the space they use at the moment. P.p.s there are three nice pubs on the way to the stations.
