Perfect and spotless hotel for our nights stay Friday 31st July. All the staff were ever so professional but friendly but extra credit to Johnny who served us on the bar on the Friday and we spoke with at breakfast saturday. He was so friendly on both occasions remembering us from the day before. Not something you expect from the sheer volume of clients the staff must meet. The bar and restaurant were both modern and pristine. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. I just wish I'd more room to try the pancakes. The room was pristine and the huge bed ever so comfy. The hotel is 5 mins walk from North Acton Station with regular trains for the underground. I would highly recommend choosing this hotel you will not be disappointed.

The hotel is excellent, rooms are spacious unlike other hotels in center London, It is just a 5 minute walk from the train station. Breakfast could be improved, but it is a good value to money.. I would like to deliver special appreciation to Nouman Josepgh, he has been kind and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to Celine for providing exceptional service. She was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. Her kindness and attention to detail made a great first impression. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant service at Holiday Inn London West. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well looked after, but the standout was the receptionist, Tabhi Sandhu. Tabhi was genuinely one of the most helpful and professional hotel staff members I’ve dealt with. He was welcoming, polite, efficient and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for me. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in his job. Service like this makes a massive difference and is exactly what you hope for when staying at a hotel. Tabhi is a real credit to the Holiday Inn team. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.
