Booked a room a year in advance for a gig at Wembley. Just recieved an email saying they have cancelled my booking due to extending the closure and unable to transfer it anywhere else. At the time of booking there was no mention of it being closed or I wouldn’t have booked. Now have to scramble to find a room in London with less than 3 months to go and prices 4x higher than when I first booked.

Please DO NOT book here, you are asking for your family vacation to be ruined! This place is CLOSED. Hotel cancels your reservation then offers no alternative options for rebooking at a similar price after hotel prices in the area have over doubled. IHG support and supervisors have been no help.

Do not book! Will take your money and then cancel at the last minute as the hotel is not open to paying guests but only 'Government guests'. STAY AWAY!

This is my hotel of choice for my stays in the capital. Rooms are clean and modern, a kettle is available to make a decent cup of tea (or coffee, for those with a taste for that), and service is excellent. The staff is cordial and kind, in fact their professional attitude and kindness, together with fair room pricing, are the main reasons inducing me to choose this hotel over other options. One thing that could and should be improved is the breakfast choice, a wee bit on the not-so-broad side of the spectrum. The general impression remains however very good
