About Quality Hotel Hampstead

Quality Hotel Hampstead suits visitors who want a reliable base in north London rather than a destination in itself - business travellers, weekend walkers heading for Hampstead Heath, or anyone who'd rather have free on-site parking than fight for a space. With 57 rooms, it has the feel of a proper hotel without being overwhelming, and the location gives easy access to public transport into central London.

Rooms are kept clean and comfortable, and breakfast comes with both hot and cold options, which is worth planning around if you like a full start to the day. There's a restaurant and bar on site, along with a gym, indoor swimming pool, and a spa and sauna for guests who want to unwind rather than go out. A garden, snack bar, and lounge with drinks service round out the practical amenities, and staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful. One point to note: air conditioning isn't guaranteed throughout, so it's worth checking if you're visiting in warmer months.

Beyond the hotel, the surrounding area has restaurants, pubs, and entertainment nearby, and the hotel also offers concierge and business services along with porter support and luggage storage for those passing through on shorter trips. For couples planning ahead, it also operates as a wedding venue.

A warm and super friendly budget option in a great location. I had a triple room traveling with my two young kids and it was perfect, but it would be tight with 3 adults. The best part was the really friendly staff and the fan in the room!! Essential for heat waves.

Good value for money. They have a reasonable offering for breakfast which was included and staff were always friendly. Only problem was no AC in my particular room (this is a common problem across the UK especially when it’s so hot but should be fine without in winter) but AC was in the main lobby.

●Loud - even though not on main road a lot going on outside early morning that could be heard despite window being closed. When i was trying to get to sleep at night there was a weird clicking noise, possibly pipes. ●Very hot room. A fan is provided but I personally struggle to sleep with the noise of a fan on. ●Would be good to have breakfast time information in your room; I was only told this on arrival. The staff at breakfast were lovely but very keen to clear away, I got up to get a croissant and when I returned to my table my half drank coffee had been taken! The hot breakfast selection wasn't great, I can't comment on the meat items but the mushrooms were watery and not cooked well and the Hash browns were very rubbery. Continental a safer option. A nice touch to have flavour syrups to add to your coffee. ●Bedroom size is what i expected and enough for a short stay. Beds comfy enough. Bathroom features quite nice e.g. mirror and shower. ●The staff member on reception stored my rucksack after checkout so I could explore without it weighing me down and let me sit in the bar area later on in the day to wait for my coach - grateful for this.

Visited from Austria. The location has been fantastic. Car park included and on-site - was excellent too. Receptionist (both we came in contact with) have been smashing. I believe his name was Dimitri and unfortunately we can’t remember the ladies name - very polite, helpful and welcoming. The room has been exceptionally clean. One point to highlight - Probably a tiny thing to some however a huge thing to us. Coat hangers. 😊👍👌. Plenty of these - which is outstanding. Great stuff - keep it up - we’ll be back.
