What a pleasant stay for our 3 night trip! The area is beautiful and quiet, and right next to two tube stops (Bayswater and Queensway). The street where the tubes stops are, a less than 5 minute walk from the hotel, is filled with restaurants from every cuisine you could dream of! We enjoyed a lot of meals there! The hotel room itself was clean and spacious. The staff was super helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and I could open the window to control the temperature which was nice! There was no iron in the room, so I asked for one and someone brought it for me (at the hotels I usually stay in I have to go and collect it so that was super cool!). The room was small so it was hard to find somewhere to put the ironing board up, but I expected this as I read the room description. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again. The reception in the other hotel were very friendly, and I stayed in the hotel lobby for a while after I checked out to do some work before lunch.

Pleasant stay, quiet area, helpful staff January 2026 I stayed at the Kensington Gardens Hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, quiet and close to parks and public transport. The hotel is comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were kind and helpful. Good location, reasonably priced. We liked the location: right around the corner from a lively street (Queensway) with a grocery, coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, and two Tube stations; also close to Kensington Gardens. Our room was in the basement, but reasonably spacious, with a large window. The bathroom was modern, but very small, especially the shower stall.
