We stayed here for 8 nights. We were allotted a basement room with a small window. The size of the room was decent given central London standards. The bathroom was neat however there was no bidet spray - one of the key reasons we booked the place. Just be mindful that not all bathrooms have a bidet spray in the hotel. The bed was comfy however the pillows seem to have lost its loft…definitely needs a change. Breakfast was included, the variety was limited and the menu remained the same everyday. Wasn’t much of a problem since there are tons of cafe nearby. The location is best part. The hotel is located in a very convenient location- close to two tube stations that allow u good connectivity around the city. Staff were good… we were always greeted with smiles and greetings. They even helped us with our luggage when we have to move rooms. All in all a good long stay, would stay again!

This is our third time staying at this hotel in London, and it continues to be our first choice every time we visit. The location is excellent, the rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One thing we really appreciate is that the bathrooms are equipped with a bidet spray, which is very important and convenient for us as Muslims. A special thank you to Jihan and the entire front desk team for their warm welcome, kindness, and outstanding customer service. They were always friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel is so close to being great but unfortunately there were just a few too many things that just need sorting. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are okay. A bit more attention to detail on high level dusting would get the room looking much better with not a lot of effort. The sound proofing on the rooms is simply appalling. With a local madman outside at 3am, not the hotels fault, he may as well have been stood at the bottom of our bed. Daylight comes through the top and bottom of the front door and does not shield you from any noise. Such a simple fix which for some reason has been overlooked. If you’re a light sleeper just avoid it here. Customer service was okay. Nothing special. You won’t get a smile from anyone but you’re in London after all so what do you expect.

My mother and her friend stayed at La Suite West Hotel for six nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Several weeks before their arrival, my mother contacted the hotel because she had injured her foot. She specifically requested a quiet and easily accessible room. Despite this, they were assigned a room at the far end of the building that required walking down steps to reach. This was particularly inconvenient given the information that had been provided in advance. The room itself was unacceptable. There was a constant loud mechanical noise and noticeable vibration throughout the room. When they reported the issue, reception insisted that the noise was coming from the minibar. However, they checked the minibar themselves and it was completely silent. The actual source of the noise was clearly something else. The room also had a strong musty smell. Only after repeated requests were they finally moved to another room. Also the room is automatically always on heating mode, we cannot adjust in room, but always need to call the desk to change it from their system… What happened on the day of checkout was even more concerning. On 20 June, only a few minutes after checking out, my mother’s friend was struck by a vehicle, 1 minute away from the hotel. As visitors unfamiliar with the area, they returned to the hotel and asked for assistance contacting emergency services. They were not asking the hotel to take responsibility for the accident. They simply needed help communicating the location and street name to emergency operators. The hotel manager refused to help. He repeatedly stated that he did not want any responsibility because they had already checked out. When we called our daughter trying to explain the situation and ask for assistance over the phone, she was told to be quiet. He also insisted that there was no need to contact the police and that only an ambulance was necessary, yet he still refused to help contact emergency services. Also the driver ran away. At a moment when someone had just been hit by a vehicle and urgent assistance was needed, this lack of empathy was extremely disappointing. Fortunately, members of the public were willing to help when the hotel would not. I understand that the accident did not occur on hotel property and was not the hotel’s responsibility. However, providing basic assistance during an emergency—especially something as simple as helping communicate a location to emergency services—would have been a reasonable act of kindness. Based on both the accommodation issues and the way this situation was handled, I would not recommend this hotel. The room issues were frustrating, but the complete lack of compassion shown during an emergency is what I will remember most.
